By accepting the Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, it is understood there you have expressly consented to our use of the information that you give us in the manner laid down in this Privacy Policy.

Queens ensures that any information that is collected during your browsing of our website (which information is collected purely for the purpose of fulfilling you're requirements) is kept confidential and is not conveyed to any third party without your prior express consent. When navigating our web site, personal information about you is not collected automatically or without your knowledge. We receive and store information about you that you give us, through any forms that you may fill for us, or in any other way. However we might also receive information about you from other sources and add it to our information account. We use such information purely for the purposes of improving your future shopping experience with us, for developing the Queens store and our relationships with our patrons and the manner in which we cater to your requirements.

As such these parties may have access to the information that you give us, but only for the purposes of fulfilling their contracts and always in accordance with the terms of privacy herein enumerated.

It is our policy at Queens that customers are not made uncomfortable by frequent mails regarding new schemes, our latest arrivals, etc. Again here we attempt to make our systems as user friendly as possible and our patrons can decide as to whether they want to receive frequent updates from us as to the latest changes or arrivals in the Queens collection. It is to be noted however, that should you choose to receive updates, we ensure that the updates that we give you are in line with prior purchases that you may have made from us. However, you agree that we may use your personal information to contact you and deliver information to you that, in some cases, are targeted to your interests, such as targeted banner advertisements, administrative notices, product offerings, and communications relevant to your use of our web site. By accepting the Privacy Policy, you agree to receive this information. We assure you that at no point will your email ID or phone number will be furnished to any of our marketing associates or any third party unless in each case you have granted us your express consent.

• In case you have received a defective or a damaged product, you will be eligible for a free exchange.
• To return an unused defective/ damaged product, or in case the customer is not satisfied with the ordered product, the product must be returned to Queens within 7 days from the product receipt date.
• The products returned should be in original condition, unused, should have original tags/labels in place and folds intact and returned along with the box in which the product was delivered.
• The product shall be considered for exchanged only if the customer meets all the above mentioned criteria.
• Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition (as you received it), along with the box in which the item was delivered.
• In case the product tag is removed/ damaged, exchange policy will not be applicable for the same.
• Never send back an item without consulting with us.
• We DO NOT do refunds, only exchange.
• Shipping is free within India. All products are shipped overseas via reputed courier companies.
• We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within a maximum 45 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Any applicable duty on the country you are residing in comes under the liability of the customer.
